Dairy Food Nutrition
Food that is produced from milk is generally classified as dairy products. This milk can come from a variety of animals: cows, sheep, goats being the most common. From this, a wide range of products are produced, such as milk itself, an essential source of calcium, cream (the fat skimmed off milk), condensed milk, butter, cheese and yoghurt being just a handful. Also included in the list, although not a 'proper' dairy item, are eggs.
