Fast Food Food Nutrition
Over the last 30 years, the fast food industry has become part of the daily life of the busy British lifestyle. Fast food is often high in nutrients that are considered unhealthy, with calorific, fat and cholesterol levels considered much higher than average foods, and diets high in fat, especially saturated fats, can increase the risk of heart disease. However, this does not necessarily mean that people should cut it from their diet forever, and we can include it within our lifestyle if it is part of a balanced, overall diet.
