The Three hour diet was created by an American fitness expert called Jorge Cruise, who devised the diet plan with one simple rule: You are able to eat any food as long as you eat at intervals of 3 hours, hence the name. In his plan, Jorge recommends that you eat your first meal one hour after awaking from sleep, then following it with three meals and two snacks during the day, aiming for around 1500 calories per day.
